Publishing Agreements

Publishing with Oxford

Overview

Oxford University Press (OUP) offers a Read & Publish Agreement that allows eligible authors to publish open access without individual payment. This guide helps authors understand the process for using institutional funds under this agreement.

Eligibility for HMSOM Authors

HMSOM-affiliated authors are eligible to publish open access with Oxford University Press under the institution’s Read & Publish Agreement. Eligibility is confirmed during the post-acceptance process and depends on both your institutional affiliation and article type.

If you're unsure of your eligibility or the prompt doesn't appear automatically, reach out to SciPris support via the publishing platform.
